Pros

The korean meal is so delicious that my mother said it was better than a similar favorite of hers from a fancy, boutique country store nearby. The ingredients in the recipes tend to be everyday type ingredients i have in my pantry and freezer.

The colorful photography for most recipes is highly visual and very appealing. The book is 160 pages long and is divided up into several sections.

Healthy without sacrificing taste. Great lighter recipes without sacrificing flavor. All tasted great.

Cons

Another wasted cookbook to catch dust. It is not as you can go back and add a few more minutes to baking time, like you do with the oven or skillet recipes.
