Pros
Product works well, has been durable so far. Good packaging and it arrived on time.
Only complaint is that the clamp is too weak. The brass isn't too bright. I'm a fan of the nickel because it seems brighter.
Cons
The dampening ring on top comes off very easily. The problem appears to be the inadequately fastened rivets which hold the jingles in place. Pretty odd, and very disappointing.
