Recipes aren't too fiddly and not too *-hum. There are not photos with every single recipe, but the majority of the recipes do have photos.

Queso is excellent on a burrito! Eat it with ezekiel pita bread warmed in a microwave. My honey loves the chili sans carne, my daughter's favorite is the spinach lasagna, and my favorite is fettuccine alfredo.

Something truly puzzling is the bizarre dishes that are supposed to pass as a recipe. Other recipes rely on truly putrid healthified versions of vegan convenience items like tofu sour cream. I'm vegan and i have many cookbooks that are better.
