It bends like thin cardboard. Tiny, tiny print and the book is very lengthy. Sending it back.

The only redeeming thing in this book is when the whale flicks the grouchy ladybug off. The ladybug accidentally gets slapped by a whale and gives up and says one nice phrase on the last page.

Eric carle’s illustrations are amazing as always, but wasted on this story. The artwork is great but this story just isn't age appropriate. It looks cheaply done like someone typed the story.

This book is terrible. It is not entertaining and teaches no good lessons.
