Pros

This grit guard fits perfectly in the home depot homer 5 gallon buckets. Works well and easily fits in bottom of five gallon bucket. Didnt exactly fit my white walmart bucket but fit in my blue walmart bucket.

Keeps the dirt out of the sponge and off the paint. Added a second guard to one of my 5 gallon buckets to ensure dirt, sand is separated from my wash mitt.

No need to pay $20 or more for the other bucket/grit guard combo. Solidly built, happy with results. Fast shipping good quality grit guard.

Cons

It fits 5 gallon buckets, but it was a waste of money. At least they fit into the large home depot buckets but they are not at the bottom.
