Pros

It's a little sweeter than i would prefer, but still quite good. The strong taste of ginger and a slight sweetness. Also no fake pink coloring.

Love the size of the jars, the flavor and moistness of the pickled ginger. Will use it again. I feel taken by this seller who specified that they “only had 20 left.

Cons

This tastes bad compared to fresh grated ginger. Bad compared to other gari/ sushi ginger i’ve had. Sugar dilutes the potency of the natural root.
