So from my experience personally and professionally i think most everyone should read 34the gift of fear34 with the bottomline being to always trust your gut in life teach yourself to trust your gut when your brain tells you that youre being silly or not to be rude to someone because thats precisely when you need to stand up for yourself and get away from the person it doesnt matter if you 34hurt their feelings34 or what the person says to you when theyre trying to cover for themself
