Only problem with the flavor i tried was that the sunflower seed overpowered the oatmeal and the taste of that changed it gave it an awful stale taste of old nuts

The packets arrive flat but they have a cardboard sleeve that forms the bowl

This came as part of a prime samples order with various protein bars and there was a 1 inch tear in the perforation and the box was filled with little oats
