Pros

I like the peanut butter perfect bars, but they need to be refrigerated. My fav flavor of gfb bars. These are my fav gf bar- ever!

The nutrition in these little babies is exactly what you need to kickstart the day. Chewy but not too chewy. Great to stick in my pocketbook for a snack.

Great ingredients, great macros, gluten-free, all-around perfect breakfast bar. No gluten reaction either. Only other issue is the occasional off-tasting peanut in the mix that interrupts an otherwise very pleasant experience.

Cons

This shipment is in the old packaging and the bars are dried out like cardboard and stale. While it claims to be gluten free, 1/3 of people with celiac disease have a similar reaction to avedin, the protein in oats.
