Pros

The screwtop lid works very easily and secures well when closed up finger tight. Once it's on the 2 seperate easily. It is so much better than snapping the lids on and off to refill the water.

Cons

Ring also now carries a plastic bump on the top side to stop the lid from cranking down so far that it binds up on the ring. Sits nicely on the rim, but does not snap in place. The screw top lid needs to be made better. It is just too flimsy.

Lid did not fit the bucket, would not clasp. Water pours out of the bucket. Tried to use lid to diy a canister filter for my aquarium. Took alot of effort to place on 5 gallon pail.

Great idea, but questionable results. I wonder if built-in obsolescence is the goal. Pretty much a worthless product.

It does the job but i did need my 170 lb partner to jump on the bucket with the lid adapter to snap it on

I got one to seperate and fought with the other 2 and finally just put the lid and rim connector on the bucket as one piece
