Would buy from this bookseller again, shop with confidence. The book is beautiful and if you're into branching out into things that most people have never seen? Easy to follow. Like, very heavy. Grateful to find this book and in such great shape.

This is michelin at it's best, a very difficult cookbook. Hope to dine there some day. For dinner parties my most consulted source.
