Pros
Barry allen has to deal with a new speedster, calling himself godspeed who is going around stealing the speed of many of these new speedsters. The design of godspeed is fan-freaking-tastic!
Godspeed, the new supervillain, is a great villain. The new villian is also really good and it's one of the better new villians i've seen recently. There are the usual comic book arguments about whether heroes should be vigilantes.
The artwork in this graphic novel is excellent. The writing is also incredibly captivating. The artwork and dialog are amazing.
Dc comics tend to be longer and colect more issues than marvels. This has a greater or lesser effect on continuity for various dc titles. And i believe dc has consciously created book pricing to help readers get on board.
This story is incredibly effective with some solid new characters and a great emotional journey. The story could have easily been confusing, but we got a really good first issue.
Cons
But this book is just horrible. It's boring and predictable.

The art quality in my opinion definitely goes up
I wasnt sure how id feel about this with the art but i heard great things about this arc
Some fairly dull pages have flash teaching people how to cope with the speed force sort of like a zen master
Or at least he needs to come to grips with the speed force which seems to be out of whack
Price
99 this is 9 individual comics and a good price

Were left saddled with two wally wests which is not thrilling to me

And the constant of flashs previous incarnation was the love for iris allen which doesnt seem to be the case in the rebirth

The artwork is uneven due to the use of multiple artists and inkers

And my personal belief is that they are depending too much on coloring to compensate for the rough style art from one of the artists

And wouldnt you know the storm hits multiple people creating a very large group of inexperienced speedsters
