The product description is a bit vague ive seen some sites saying it was medium firmness other sites saying that it was firm

Ordered the medium to firm by mistake so had to return it as too hard

It is a very good pillow and i have been using for a few weeks now the only reason i docked one star is that i dont really feel its that luxury my expectations could be too high but there is a certain artificial feel to it
