Pros & Cons
Pros
This recipe selection is much more appetizing and just as healthy. It is hard enough to eat healthfully when you feel well, so knowing where to go when you don't feel you best is very helpful. I love hummus and have never tried to make it home.
This is an excellent cookbook with down-to-earth commentary, helpful health information, and delicious recipes that can expand your palate. This is such a beautifully written cookbook that has so many delicious recipes.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is pregnant or soon to be. I love the introduction of the book and how it breaks down pregnancy. Ways to do substitutions ways to deal with gestational diabetes.
Cons
Followed the recipe to a t except for the hemp hearts. I would say go online and search for meals, this is way to basic and not worth the money for it.
