Before you say that this doesnt work especially for large pills like multivitamins you need to watch the youtube video

Not close enough and the pills are still in too large of chunks

This is a minor thing you can still push the lever to grind but a simple lock washer in assembly would have taken care of this problem

If you need to fix yours get a 6 lock washer and put on the screw on the bottom of the handle

The only trouble i have had is that the plastic insert between the burr and the metal shaft has broken twice several months apart each time
