Pros
Every recipe is so tasty and delicious that omnivores love them too. My favorite by far is the seed bark pucks which make a super snack. Excellent use of herbs and spices for optimum taste.
My point in this revision is in part as an apology but also as encouragement that our taste buds can and do change. * (even with more h2o than called for) and acidic. Delicious flavor, satiety par excellence.
The photos in the book are totally mouth-watering and natural. The pictures are beautiful and tantalizing. The index in intuitive.
It's easy to get in a rut of eating the same go-to meals over and over. Powerful plants which enhance your athletic performance. Stories that illustrate the many benefits of this lifestyle.
Cons
I don't think whomever proof read the book knew what they were doing. If you like simplistic this isn't the cook book for you.

I just received my book in the mail today upon opening it to view the recipes the spine broke in multiple places and the pages are threatening to fall out
