The recipes are very tasty and heart healthy. It’s fun and informative to watch them made on youtube. We love having pictures with every recipe and it's easy to use.

Rip furhman is not unique in this among (cookbook) authors, but i find it obnoxious nonetheless. I would pass on this book, it seems as though it was rushed to print and they did not want to pay someone to analyze the nutrition values of each meal.
