The different edges contour perfectly most any body parts. Customer service is top notch. Overall it is a good buy for the money and i would recommend it.

Works like a charm. Works great. Does exactly what it is supposed to do at a reasonable price. Actually works and surprisingly worth the price.

Cons

Although it is a good tool it is too big for my hands and heavy too. It actually hurts me more to hold it properly to do myofascial release.

    There is still too much scar tissue and adhesions in there so i recently went back to a physical therapist who used this tool on my thigh muscle
