It shows how you can makeover the usual culprits, that cause some folks acid reflux. Our favorite is the chicken with fennel root. Recipes are simple, flexible & affordable!
I really use this book, to help me know what i should be eating and not be eating. The food is a lot better than the dropping acid book by kaufman. I love that karen frazier provides lists of food to avoid, eat in moderation, and pantry lists.
Cons
The first two chapters are about pocs, not gerd or lpr. This is absolutely false as you will see with the most cursory of searches. The other one is even worse. Conflicting information.

I’ve gotten so many cookbooks promising easy to make recipes that i end up getting rid of because the recipes aren’t easy at all or require specialized ingredients or a large number i just don’t have the time energy or money for them
