It moved fast and the comedic timing was spot on

Ashbury was a proud man who has been scarred physically and emotionally by life
I loved all of the characters emma ash and especially the plotting servants in the the dukes employ

Emma knows she’d be a fool to refuse him but she has conditions of her own they’ll have dinner together each night with actual conversation
I would reread this if i am in dire need of fluffiness
