I credit this book along with the books of edward shorter for changing my life
They are not as high quality and a lot of it feels like either fearmongering or academic ivory tower chatter
I wont bore you with the rest of story but part of this book predicted exactly what happened in my situation
Packaging/appearance
The more we listen to what the unconscious is telling us which comes out in psychotherapy the more we heal our physical problems
Competitiveness
By all objective measures a 5star parent
