Cons
The book is not a history of financial manias and bubbles. Both the macro and micro organization often seems poor to me. If you want to learn about religious manias, there are many other books on this topic.

He spends an inordinate amount of ink on how religions are all rubbish founded totally on delusion practiced by neanderthal morons but spends no time exploring how modern science that he so consistently champions is rife with all the same characteristic
