Cons

Cuff seems sturdy and well made, but there is one critical design flaw. When trying to position cuff above ankle, because of the weight of the cuff (5lbs) the velcro strap and velcro patches are unable to hold cuff in place.

The seller is bad about returns so it looks like i'm stuck with it or can pay for return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Quantity was misrepresented. It's senseless unless you are looking to con your consumer.
