Pros
Great read, and amazingly healing. It is painful to know but necessary to heal. It’s really helpful from understanding your trauma to many many ways on how to fix trauma that you have or didn’t know you had.
I recommend this book for anyone who struggled with ptsd, or disorganized attachment styles.
It's so good and helpful and insightful. My clients love this. Truly an insightful resource.
