Pros

Recipes include hummus, eggplant with orzo and freekah salad. Recipes include chickpea/brown rice/red pepper recipes.

Great for newbies just learningto cook or learning to cook cultural foods. This cookbook is great! Teaches you a lot about getting into mediterranean cooking.

Saying it is fabulous is an understatement. Bonus for me.

Cons

Orange polenta cake lists milk as an ingredient, but never tells you at what point to add it. Several of the recipes call for ingredients that are not readily obtainable.

It is way too wordy! Very disappointed. It seems they just pushed everything in here that they could.

I bought it in january and have yet to even skim through it. The print is so tiny, it's absolutely exhausting to even deal with. It seems a little preachy also as they explain why they feel these additional steps are required.
