This book has sooooooo many delicious recipes! I have 4 of george stella’s books & they are all great. The picture is of the blueberry muffins, soooo good!

The recipes are quick and easy to make, low carb and taste fantastic. Gives you macros and serving sizes. The variety of recipes is enough to give a low-carb beginner a good start.

For $10. Definitely recommend. Great solution for myself. I 100% fully recommend.

The recipes are easy, appetizing, satisfying and tastey. The bbq sauce recipe is fabulous. Chicken marsala is on the menu tonight!

Cons

Author uses only splenda. Recipes nutritional information has only net carbs. Way too much fat in these recipes. If you need to actually count carbohydrates, this cookbook is not for you.
