Pros

Bernie clark's guide to yin yoga is the gold standard of a practice guide. The complete guide to yin yoga from bernie clark is amazing and must have book for every yoga practitioner and especially yoga teacher.

It's a wonderful revision. While being educational it is not overwhelming. This is a must read for instructors as well as students.

His explanation of the energetic benefits is thorough and a very interesting read! This book has so much to offer anyone interested in yin yoga. Written succinctly and gives good examples and background.

Cons

Pages 175-206 are a different size, look like they were ripped out of a differently bound book and inserted in the stack of pages of the one i purchased before binding. Is this the publishers mistake?
