This is a must have book for every yoga practitioner and especially yoga teacher. Well-organized description of overall structure of a yin session, but not too much. It’s really good and helpful in term of self study and practice.
Bernie clark's revised edition is even better than the first. The new edition features more modifications for each posture, and includes models of different shapes and sizes. This is a wonderful revision.
Cons
Pages 175-206 are a different size, look like they were ripped out of a differently bound book and inserted in the stack of pages of the one i purchased before binding. Is this the publishers mistake?

Its the original way yoga was taught and the way i learned it in the 60s but we just thought of it as yoga no need to make up a new name for it
