Cons

The bands that are supposed to hold the brace and gel pack in place are terribly short. The gel pack is rather thin-walled and the pack thickness is also thin. The ice pack is to small and slips out of its holder.

Most of the product’s deficiencies are well documented in the negative reviews. I am afraid that these customers are correct. Very dissatisfied and cannot recommend your product. This thing is terrible.

Competitiveness

I bought another brand and the straps on it had ample room was colder and helped with the pain much more

However i also use other resuseable coldheat pack from walmart on my other knee and it always stay cold longer than this product
