Pros
Used condition, but appeared to be brand new in original packaging. Universal fit means finding the best way to install this.
Cons
Using this damaged my cars steering wheel - rubbing off the leather in a few spots. It also risk damaging the steering wheel. It is quite difficult to get this device and the club lx on and off the steering wheels of a 2012 honda cr-z.

If someone tried to steal the car they would have to either break the lock on the club or cut through the steering wheel in two places

Pay attention to the l and r letters though because if you try to put it on another way it really doesnt work and is a huge pain to get on and off

The club alone affords some peace of mind figuring that it will make most car thieves move on but having read that some persistent car thieves will just cut the steering wheel to remove it i decided to get the shield for that extra layer of protection and deterrence

I suppose it is in the realm of possibility that my car can still be stolen with both devices properly installed but i would imagine that it would take a very long time for them to get through both and unless im wrong that is far longer than any car thief would want to spend on stealing a car

But how easy or difficult the process was of no concern to me since i knew i wanted the peace of mind it would provide
