Pros

Well written introduction for novice chinese cooks. Simplicity reflects how home chefs actually prepare meals. Tasty recipes using original chinese ingredients and easy to prepare.

Cons

This cookbook is good for those less experienced in the kitchen or new to vegan cooking, but just not for me. This is more the american style of chinese recipes which, honestly i don't need a cookbook for. Giving it to goodwill.
