The only negative is that i wish the table of contents itemized the individual recipes rather than recipe categories. Many core recipes to riff on, too. Easy to execute recipes.

This book wins! This one fits that bill, especially for those times when i don't feel like/have time to go digging through the rest of the books. Thank you for writing designing and publishing this book.

Great cookbook. I always buy kindle editions because we aren’t the best when it comes to keeping track of printed cookbooks.

The book is thorough and includes a nutritional chart. It has nutrition facts, a lot of tips for preparation, and good information for cooking chicken. Most or all of these recipes are in other cookbooks or on the website (for a fee) but i like these ...  Read More
