Don't believe the hype and pass on this casper product. Even if i got them at a discount they are still too pricey.

These pillows give little support during sleep. They are fluffy but not supportive. It feels more like a backrest or bolster than a sleeping pillow. I am a side sleeper and have yet to find a pillow that stays supportive.

Loud crinkling sound occurs when fluffing or folding it. It’s also loud and crinkly like the outer shell is plastic. The inner-outer pillow construction requires some zippers and sewing materials that actually make a crunching noise.

Is this pillow defective? Back to the drawing board. In fact, after approx. A week, they are getting returned. It feels like someone send you the wrong product on casper packaging.
