Never had a memory foam mattress, but this one is impressive.

Their customer service is worse and their products sub-par in terms of construction.

For me it was incredibly painful to the point that one day i woke up crying.

We figured why not with costco's return policy and we didn't have to wait for shipping.

In the three years i have owned my casper king original mattress i have had over 600 hotel nights to compare comfort.

With a nice topper on it, it's even better.

I don't know how they may have improved them, and probably won't know because i will be keeping this one for many years more.
