Taubes makes you believe it is entirely possible, that tastes can change, and that satiety is possible following this form of eating. As always, taubes' book is very well-researched and documented.
The author has a way of presenting the information that makes sense, and convinces us that perhaps this way of living just might be worth exploring. Very good listening on audible.
He is lucid in explaining science and very even handed and persuasive in his arguments. His books are full of evidence that builds and builds and establishes a solid explanation that counters all possible arguments.
