Jung's book is a good history of cancer treatment. Jung repeatedly emphasizes the importance of environment in facilitating the disease. Emperor of all maladies" is a great addition to his previous books regarding obesity and diabetes.

Not one single person ever mentioned pap smears and cancer in the same conversation until well after i had an abnormal one

And even then they still did not tell me a pap smear was actually a cancer screening

It wasn’t until i was scheduling that procedure that i was told any of it ever meant there was a chance of cancer being in any part of this whole equation
