Stephen hunter delivers. The characters are well-drawn, the plots are satisfying. The hero of the pacific comes to the rescue in europe, where he is matched against a master hunter of men.
Cons
The plot premise is ridiculous, and the plot action is absurd. As one example of plot absurdity, the hero takes two witnesses to a sniping killing back onto the battlefield to try to find where it occurred.

In the bob lee swagger series for example black light the third bullet and gman are much more engaging than outings like night of thunder
