Pros
This is the first flavoured protein shake i have actually liked. Made with water one of these seems to suppress my hunger. I use 300ml as i'm happy with it being less dense.
Taste is quite good compared to some i've tried. Not as good as phd's belgium chocolate flavour but at half the price for a higher protein percentage it is good value. Flavour ok bit chalky but mixes well.
Cons
Is this greenish thing on top of the protein shake normal? It is a grainy texture which gets stuck in your *. This is so high in calories for something called "shredz" it’s 433 calories approx per scoop.
