For home use i find the door stop attachment works very well just trap it behind a door and you can load the bands on it from there

Theyre good and you can get a pretty good workout from them but for heavy lifters i dont think theyll ever replace weights

One of the 2 orange bads was not perfect but they said they will replace it in few days without asking me to send back anything

Love this kit lifted weights for over 30 years now my workout takes half an hour slower movements really hit thankshad one black band snap on me boy that hurt so not anti snap and that was after 4 months following a operation on my shoulder so going lightly snapped where band goes through handel had the same with one i got in walmart they replaced it
