Pros & Cons
Pros
Myofascial unwinding of the psoas is so essential. This wedge really does the trick! I'm a long term massage therapist and this has helped countless clients.
Cons
Was way to agressive. The front of the body is fragile and, like the neck, should be treated gently. This piece of foam just isn't that impressive.
