Myofascial unwinding of the psoas is so essential. Mastering this release with greatly improve your life. This allows for a deeper more focus release and caters to your body better in my opinion.
It hurts like a hot knife until you loosen up, but it’s so worth it. I see a chiro and a mt for my psoas release cause i’ve had the pain and tightness for years. This product is easy to use and doesn't cause bruising.

It's too aggressive. Was way to agressive. Awkward to use.
This piece of foam just isn't that impressive. It stretches hip flexors but to rough. I wish it would because i have sij chronic pain and the psoas is one of the culprits.
