Health nut version of the atkins diet. That includes many pre-diabetic conditions.

We really need an overhaul of the fda and this book convicts both the grocery and the restaurant industry. Our medical field needs to be focusing on nutrition, the basis of our very being.

No recipes and not enough how too except the message to elimate toxins, food additives and exercise more. As someone whose blood sugar skyrockets from a crouton i was looking for concrete dietary solutions (keto, vegan, etc) this book is none of that.... Read More
