Quality of the print, layout and paper are excellent, as is the binding. The ingredients are nearly impossible to find. The recipes are delicious and fun to make.

Dr. Mark hyman's 10 day detox diet is a healthier way to eat. Well written with lots of great ideas for health and healing.

Cons

Many of the recipes are not really a solution for lowing blood sugar.

Who proofread this thing? This book is so cheaply put together. It's on my bookshelf, but will soon end up in the trash.
