Pros
Easy to use, great quality and packaging. Helps skin products to * the surface of skin. Comes in a sealed tube with a little plastic cap to protect the needles and assist with sterilisation.
After i use it, i use insta naturals skin clearing serum which is also helping. This product is a miracle worker, delivered by a friendly and punctual company. Advice from my highly esteemed surgeon.
Cons
Ask any interdependent dermatologist. Very flimsy piece of kit. Caused me so much pain even at 0.

Initially bought a roller which as soon as i got i could see it was not needles and indeed a spokes and wheels one which ive read many articles about the damage those can do to your skin
