The 15 grams per day sugar limit is made easy. The carb counting is madeeasy. Jorge cruise knows this stuff and makes it easy for you to follow. Thank you jorge cruise.
Cons
The diet is easy but incomplete. You can get constipated with this diet eating mushrooms and nuts. A diet that neglects fruits, vegetables, calcium and vitamin d dairy products, not to mention a plethora of other essential nutrients is not healthy.
