Pros

Pages of information on how to brew beer and how to taste it. Author is a professional brewer who loves to learn about the craftbrewery industry. Book is a great addition to the brewer's bookshelf.

I am amazed at how thorough this book is. Truly a masterpiece. My only gripe is with the actual binding of the book.

It’s a summarized encyclopedia of information related to beer. An encyclopedic view of beer.

Information appears to be very well researched. It takes a long time to get trough because there are lots of words on every page. Unbelievably interesting and informative.

Cons

The book is devoid of any concern to the availability of the beer and its contribution to the brewing art. Garrett oliver's oxford companion to beer is a much better reference both with respect to the history of brewing and the actual brewing process.... Read More
