Pros
The surface of these beans are not dry but have a slight oily appearance but do not have the high oily shine on the beans that other dark roasted can have. I personally like dark roast, which i used mainly for cappuccinos and espresso.
The bean organic coffee is the answer. The beans are aromatic and i like that the bag is easy to reseal. Greta tasting organic coffee, smooth rich flavor.
Half decaf blend is perfect for those who only want half the caffeine. Work output is up 43% since caffeinating with this blend.
We use the french press to brew and this coffee brews an awesome cup of coffee. The bean is a bit more oily (natural to be oily, not an issue, just say'in), than others if concerned about your grinder.
It is convenient and tasty. From me a 4 is as good as it gets unless truly mind blowing in some way. The beans have a good aroma to them and seem fresh and we enjoy the flavor of the coffee.

These beans are a tasty dark roast without any tasting notes listed on the package
The dark roast beans had a visible sheen they looked and smelled fresh
Competitiveness
She liked this a lot better than the medium roast coffee from the same brand
The fact that’s it’s a small batch company and also has a low acid profile makes it even better
Unless something else is recommended that is better wont be buying anything else

I usually drink mostly dark roast and thought it had a wonderful aroma and flavor

The seal works well but it’s a little tight to get an 18 cup or tablespoon into that smaller opening
