I got myself very confused and frustrated at conflicting advice on the internet

I was curious but very dubious so i didnt and still kind of dont believe that you can put a high probability on sex selection

I also bought the book about the shettles method but this one seems to make a little more sense in regards to the theory behind the timing what you can check for preovulation and get more acquainted with your monthly cycle
