It was way too big for my 8 month old we wrap it twice and use it as an anklet we dont feel comfortable with her wearing a necklace and it seems to do the trick
I dunno i definitely didnt have to provide my lo with as much pain killer as i usually do ever since she started wearing her necklace but it didnt take away the pain completely
