    This book is not 34dated34 but its not like some of the most modern calligraphy books which are stunning in their graphics but leave much to be desired in terms of usability

    I really wish this book was spiralbound so it would lay flat without a lot of bending and creasing but it is not spiralbound

    However once you do your creasing and bending and folding the pages eventually stay open and flat
